acceptance of terms
by accessing or using telos media services, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
use license
upon delivery and full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered video assets for the purposes outlined in your project agreement. telos media retains the right to use anonymized production data for pipeline improvement.
limitations
you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the rendering pipeline, models, or infrastructure components. you may not sublicense api access or character libraries to third parties without written consent.
governing law
these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
